3. Jewel.Fi is not responsible for any loss or delay in mail. Hence, registered mail for local delivery is strongly recommended. All overseas delivery shall be shipped using registered mail.

5. As the jewllery are handmade, each piece is different and unique and may vary slightly from the photos (especially if they are remakes). Do also note that gemstones being natural stones, may contain natural inclusions and flaws and the individual stones may vary in size, cut, clarity, polish etc.
