How to Order
1. Email to jewelfi.online@gmail.com with the following information:

Note: For International Buyers or Buyers who are requesting for delivery outside of Singapore, please indicate the country of delivery in your order.
2. Upon receipt of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the payment details. You will be requested to email your delivery address once you have made payment.
3. Payment must be made within 2 days upon receipt of the confirmation email, else your order shall be cancelled and the item(s) shall be put up for sale again.
4. Your item will be shipped out after payment is received.
Payment
Local (Singapore) Buyers
- Only Internet Bank transfer or ATM funds transfer (UOB, OCBC, POSB) is accepted
International Buyers
- Payment shall be made by debit/credit card via Paypal only.
- A Paypal payment invoice will be emailed to you upon confirmation of order.
Shipping and Postage
All items will be shipped from Singapore using SingPost.
Local Delivery (Singapore):
- All prices are inclusive of normal standard postage
- For registered mail (preferred), an additional S$2.24 will be added for each order.
- Please allow at least 2-3 working days for normal postage and 3-5 working days for registered mail.
International Delivery:
- All overseas delivery will be made via Registered Mail to avoid items going missing
- Actual shipping rates will be advised in the confirmation email.
- To get an estimate of the shipping rates, you may refer to SingPost website.
- Please allow 3-15 working days for international delivery, depending on the country.
Packaging
All items will be packed in re-sealable plastic sleeves, placed in an organza bag, and wrapped with bubble wrap before shipping.
